Open Radio 1
OPEN RADIO 1, the first international meeting open to creativity and new radio formats, took place at the CCCB from 15th to 19th July 2002 under the direction of Josep Maria Martí.
The Radio Programme Workshop, one of the activities forming part of the meeting, invited creators from all over the world to present their ideas or projects to a commission of prestigious specialists from the world of the radio, including both the academic and professional sectors. The commission selected the five most innovative proposals which are presented next just another token of the enormous creative and productive capacity that exists, and of the need for spaces where it can be developed

A radiophonic experiment about risk. It deals with the fear of tripping up, with the boldness of daring and with making the leap, even if you are no perfect. The format combines three levels: reality, fiction and a game. The 'real' contents are dramatized; the fictional scenes are very familiar, being based on reality. The borders are by no means clear, and the game serves to provoke the listener: 'What makes you move?'

Phone-in programme where listeners ring up to air complaints and requests from their everyday lives. The programme tries to solve them by putting callers in touch with those responsible. All this with a laid-back humorous tone, along with a competition and dramatized slots that act as narrative separators.
